Motion: Petition to Compromise Minor’s Claim of Axel DeKlotz
Tentative Ruling:
To grant the petition to compromise the minor’s claim of Axel DeKlotz. The proposed order has been signed. The matter is off calendar. No appearances are necessary. (Code Civ. Proc., § 372, Probate Code, §§ 3500, 3600-3613.)
The court sets a status conference for Wednesday, November 4, 2026 at 3:30 pm., in Department 403, for confirmation of deposit of the minor’s funds into a blocked account. If petitioner files the Acknowledgment of Receipt of Order and Funds for Deposit in Blocked Account (MC-356) at least five court days before the hearing, the status conference will come off calendar.
