DEMURRER to COMPLAINT
SF Superior Court - Real Property / Housing Dept 501 - CGC25621433 - September 29, 2025 Hearing date: September 29, 2025 Case number: CGC25621433 Case title: ROBIN BAKER VS. WYMAN NG ET AL Case Number: | | CGC25621433 | Case Title: | | ROBIN BAKER VS. WYMAN NG ET AL | Court Date: | | 2025-09-29 09:30 AM | Calendar Matter: | | DEMURRER to COMPLAINT | Rulings: | | Real Property/Housing Court motion calendar for September 29, 2025, line 2.
Defendant Ng's Demurrer to Complaint is OVERRULED, 10 days to answer. The Court notes that the Notice of Demurrer does not state any grounds for demurrer authorized by CCP 430.10. Assuming that Defendants assertion that "Complaint fails to demonstrate liability against Ng as a matter of law under the facts alleged" (Notice of Hearing of Demurrer 1:23-24) references CCP 430.10(e), the Court finds that Complaint states facts sufficient to constitute a cause of action against the moving defendant. =(501/CFH)
