Ruling

201100400729PRCP: In the Matter of Natalie Anna Richards 09/08/2026 in Department J6 Hearing re: Annual/Biennial Status Report Conservatorship Review

The status report was filed on 7/30/26. The Court has reviewed the status report. It is complete.

Due to concerns raised in the Court Investigator’s report, the conservator’s appearance at the scheduled 9/8/26 hearing is mandatory. Court may require a six month review. Ventura County Local Rule 10.02(J)(2) states that the “conservator must serve a copy of the status report to the individuals identified in Probate Code §2351.2(a)(2)(A) and file a proof of service.” As of 9/2/26 no proof of service has been filed. If not filed before the hearing, the Court will continue this hearing to 10/20/26 at 10:30 a.m. in J6 in order for the proof of service to be filed. The clerk shall give notice.
