Ventura County Local Rule 10.02(J)(2) states that the conservator must serve a copy of the status report to the individuals identified in Probate Code §2351.2(a)(2)(A) and file a proof of service. The proof of service filed on 7/22/26 does not show service to the required parties. If proof of service is not filed before the hearing, the Court will continue this hearing to 10/20/26 at 10:30 a.m. in J6 in order for the proof of service to be filed.
The next biennial status report shall be served and filed by 4/12/28 and set for a hearing on 5/23/26 at 10:30 AM in Department J6.
The CI Report was filed on 7/14/26. The next court investigators report shall be filed by 4/12/28.
The clerk shall give notice.
