Ventura County Local Rule 10.02(J)(2) states that the “conservator must serve a copy of the status report to the individuals identified in Probate Code §2351.2(a)(2)(A) and file a proof of service.” As of 8/24/26 no proof of service has been filed with respect to conservatee’s mother, Patricia Herandez. If not filed before the hearing, or the Court does not find good cause to waive it, the Court will continue this hearing to 10/6/26 at 10:30 a.m. in J6 in order for the proof of service to be filed. The next biennial status report shall be served and filed by 6/19/28 and set for a hearing on 8/1/28 at 10:30 AM in Department J6. The next court investigator’s report shall be filed by 6/19/28. The clerk shall give notice.
