ORDER RE: CASE MANAGEMENT AND ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

The Court has ordered the following after review of the case.

The Court has reviewed Counsel's declaration in response to the order to show cause. The declaration does not address most of the OSC. The Court notes that Counsel has not paid the sanctions previously imposed and offers little more than conclusory statements in response. There is no information on the multiple failures to file timely CMC statements.

The Court is inclined to impose the sanctions of $1250 and to report counsel to the State Bar. Although not part of the decision making here, it is of note that Counsel's repeated violation of the Rules of Court in this case are also occurring in other cases with this Counsel.

The Court will speak with Counsel at the hearing which will be held in person.

Moshe Yadegar (Attorney) is ordered to pay sanctions in the amount of $1,250.00 to the Superior Court of California, County of Alameda by 09/18/2026 pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 177.5 for.

Clerk is directed to serve copies of this order, with proof of service, to counsel and to selfrepresented parties of record. The Court orders counsel to obtain a copy of this order from the eCourt portal.
