Referee's Motion for Approval of Referees Final Report of Sale of Real Property Located at 2712 21st Street, San Francisco, Pursuant to Interlocutory Judgment and For Approval of Referee's Fees and Costs is GRANTED. The Court approves of the proposed credit bid structure. Plaintiff shall make a $38,707.39 deposit as requested in the Motion and provide a cashier's check for 10% of the proposed $1,050,500.00 overbid to deposit into escrow. Referee shall be awarded $14,748.75 in fees and $1,068.45 in costs. The Broker's Commission structure is approved. =(501/CFH)
