Defendants Bryant Fu, Fu Poon Corporation, Crystal Lei and Stella Chen's unopposed Motion To Quash Depositions is GRANTED.

Plaintiff Greenamp Technology Inc. served on Defendants a notice of taking of depositions of third parties Winky Wong, Demas Yan and Claire Stone. The notice does not conform to Code requirements. (See, e.g., Code of Civil Procedure sections 1013, 1010.6, 2016.050, 2025.220(a)(3), 2025.270(a).) The notice is quashed and shall have no effect.

Plaintiff Greenamp Technology Inc. served on Defendants a notice of taking of depositions of Defendant Crystal Lei. The notice does not conform to Code requirements. As alternative grounds for granting Defendants' motion, the court finds Plaintiff's failure to oppose the motion amounts to consent to the granting of the motion. (See California Rules of Court, rule 8.54(c).)
