If petitioners file the Schedule, and the offset has been correctly applied, the following will be the order:
Accept waiver. Approve account. Approve statutory administrator fees in the total sum of $29,926.28 to be split evenly. Approve statutory attorney fees in the amount of $6,340.00 (with an offset for any amount remaining from the cost retainer). Approve a closing reserve of $2,000.00. Approve proposed distribution, consistent with intestate succession and the offset.
The clerk shall give notice.
