Proposed distribution is 1/3 each to the siblings/intestate heirs of decedent. Dow E. Johnson post deceased and the proposed distribution is to his estate c/o Brando Johnson. Is Brandon Johnson a court appointed personal representative of the estate of Dow E. Johnson?

Distribution of a post deceased intestate heir is to the appointed personal representative. Petitioner has not informed the court if Dow Johnson has an appointed personal representative.

Petitioner has not attached a Schedule for Proposed Distribution as required. (Probate Code §1063) Further, how will the vehicles and furniture and furnishings and appliances be distributed?

An Amended Account and Report will need to be filed.
