A Supplement to the Petition for Settlement of Account was filed on 07/06/26. As of 09/02/26 no Responses/Further Objections to the Supplement have been filed.

The court intends to order any responses/further objections to the account as supplemented to be filed and served on or before 11/06/26.

The court further intends to order Terri Hilliard-Olson to provide all account statements and documentation supporting the Suspended Trustee’s First Account Current to the objectors and to pay from her own funds any further accounting ordered by this Court on the Suspended Trustee’s First Account Current.

As to the requests to approve the accounting (removed trustee request) or denying the account (objectors’ request) and assessing damages and surcharges against removed trustee for breaches of Trust as to improper expenditures and distributions, the Court reserves those issues.

The court intends to continue the hearing on the Petition for Settlement of Account to 11/25/26 at 9:00 a.m. in Department J6.
