3. Guardianship of Malaki M – PP20170129 ANNUAL REVIEW
Letters of Guardianship of the person were issued September 27, 2017. The annual Guardianship Status Report (Judicial Council Form GC-251) was not filed by the guardian. On July 15, 2026, the court ordered Quest to conduct an investigation. Per the investigative report filed on August 19, 2026, both the mother and guardian support termination of the guardianship once mother has stable housing. Mother or the guardian may file a petition to terminate the guardianship when appropriate.
TENTATIVE RULING #3: THE GUARDIANSHIP SHALL CONTINUE. THE COURT SETS THE NEXT ANNUAL STATUS REVIEW AT 1:30 PM ON WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 25, 2027, IN DEPARTMENT 8.
