7. Guardianship of Kailynn H – PP20210146 ANNUAL REVIEW
Letters of Guardianship of the person were issued August 18, 2021. The annual Guardianship Status Report (Judicial Council Form GC-251) was not filed by the guardian. At the July 15, 2026 hearing, the court ordered Quest to conduct an investigation. Per the investigative report filed on August 19, 2026, the court finds that the guardianship remains appropriate and necessary.
TENTATIVE RULING #7: THE GUARDIANSHIP SHALL CONTINUE. THE COURT SETS THE NEXT ANNUAL STATUS REVIEW AT 1:30 PM ON WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 25, 2027, IN DEPARTMENT 8.
