On April 20, 2026, Petitioner filed a Request for Order (RFO) seeking child support, spousal support, property control, and a set-aside of the court’s prior orders. The parties appeared before the court on July 2, 2026 for the hearing on the RFO at which time the court made orders on all issues and the parties agreed to continue negotiating support. A review hearing was set for the present date on the issues of child and spousal support and the court reserved jurisdiction to retroactively modify support back to June 3, 2026. The parties were ordered to file updated Income and Expense Declarations no later than 10 days prior to the hearing date.

Respondent filed and served his Income and Expense Declaration on August 11, 2026.

Petitioner has not filed an updated Income and Expense Declaration.

On August 20th the Department of Child Support Services filed a Notice Regarding Payment of Support – Substitution of Payee.

Because DCSS is providing child support enforcement services in this matter, the issues of support are continued to the DCSS calendar in Department 10 to be heard by the child support commissioner on Monday, October 12th at 8:30 AM in accordance with Family Code § 4251.

TENTATIVE RULING #6: BECAUSE DCSS IS PROVIDING CHILD SUPPORT ENFORCEMENT SERVICES IN THIS MATTER, THE ISSUES OF SUPPORT ARE CONTINUED TO THE DCSS CALENDAR IN DEPARTMENT 10 TO BE HEARD BY THE CHILD SUPPORT COMMISSIONER ON MONDAY, OCTOBER 12TH AT 8:30 AM IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAMILY CODE § 4251.

NO HEARING ON THIS MATTER WILL BE HELD UNLESS A REQUEST FOR ORAL ARGUMENT IS TRANSMITTED ELECTRONICALLY THROUGH THE COURT’S WEBSITE OR BY PHONE CALL TO THE COURT AT (530) 621-6725 BY 4:00 P.M.
