DEFENDANT LUDWIG CALDER Defendant Ludwig Calder'S Motion To Compel Appearance At Deposition And For Production Of Documents And For Monetary Sanctions is GRANTED in part.
Deposition of Edward Romanov shall take place on October 2, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., at the office of Defendant's counsel, unless the parties mutually agree to another time, date, and/or location, or obtain a further order of this Court modifying this Order. Plaintiff shall also produce documents on that date as specified in the Fourth Amended Notice of Deposition.
Sanctions granted in the amount of $1,995. No award of attorneys fees or costs associated with the deposition which Defendant's counsel was informed in advance would not proceed, but chose not to cancel.
Current trial and mandatory settlement conference dates of October 12, 2026, and October 7, 2026, respectively, are vacated. This matter will be heard in department 505 by the Honorable Michelle Tong at 1:30 p.m. per the order of the presiding judge.=(501/MT)
