Defendant Rogers Corporation's ("Defendant" or "Rogers") Motion to Quash Service of Summons and Complaint for Lack of Personal Jurisdiction is GRANTED. Opposition filed. Reply filed.
Defendant's objection to 3 of the Declaration of Mia Mattis ("Mattis Dec") is SUSTAINED. (Evid. Code, 702.) Ms. Mattis provides no evidence that she or Plaintiff has any personal knowledge regarding the matters discussed. Ms. Mattis specifically acknowledges that she makes the statements on information and belief, and not personal knowledge.
