PLAINTIFF BHARAT PATEL Notice Of Motion To Compel Discovery Responses is GRANTED in part,subject to opposition. Defendant shall provide complete verified responses without objections to Form Interrogatories-UD and Request for Production by 9:00 a.m. on December 1, 2025.
