The Court schedules the hearing on the Final Account and Report for 11/24/26 at 9:00 AM in Ct. J6 and orders conservators to give notice. Conservators to file a supplement per Probate Code 2631(a).
The petition lists conservatees surviving relatives as his five siblings, two of which (Dexter and Grace) are the co-conservators. The Court notes that the investigators report states that conservatees brother Edwin G. Tuazon is deceased. The Court notes that conservatees surviving siblings, Edna and Henry, have submitted statements in support of the conservators and approving of their expenses and have been notified of this hearing.
