PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR ENTRY OF JUDGMENT is DENIED without prejudice. No competent evidence that defendant is still in possession of 385 Eddy Street, Unit 206. At best Plaintiff provided evidence that defendant was seen in the lobby of the building in August 2025. Declaration of Derek Simmons, paragraph 12 lacks foundation. =(501/CFH)
