ORDER RE: CASE MANAGEMENT AND DISMISSAL OF ACTION

The Court has ordered the following after review of the case.

Pursuant to the Court's order to show cause, this matter is dismissed for failure to serve the petition within two years of filing. CCP 583.410

Court orders the entire case dismissed Without Prejudice.
