APPEARANCES ARE NOT REQUIRED.

The ward, Fernando Adonay Vasquez Jorge, has attained the age of 18, and as such continued supervision by the Court via the filing of a Confidential Guardianship Status Report is no longer required. He will attain the age of 21 on January 10, 2029, at which time the guardianship will terminate by operation of law. His case is set on February 1, 2028, at 9:00 a.m. in Department 61 to address dismissal of the guardianship.

The required document has been received and reviewed for the ward, Azucena De Los Angeles Vasquez Jorge. The matter is SET for the next annual Case Management Conference at 9:00 a.m. on October 5, 2027, in Department 61 for review of compliance with the filing of the Confidential Guardianship Status Report (Judicial Council Form GC-251). If a completed GC-251 has been filed in a timely fashion prior to the court date, appearances will be waived.
