Defendant Brian B. Hallaian's unopposed Motion For An Order Deeming Requests For Admission, Set One, To Plaintiff Katherine Papageorge Admitted is GRANTED. Under Code of Civil Procedure section 2033.280(c), upon motion the court shall deem unanswered requests for admissions (RFAs) admitted, unless it finds the responding party, before hearing on the motion, served a proposed response to the requests for admission that is in substantial compliance with Code of Civil Procedure section 2033.220.
