2 - Defendant Foster's motion to compel supplemental responses to the requests for production of documents (set one) is granted in part. Defendant properly calendared the motion. The motion is partially moot because plaintiff served supplemental responses while this motion was pending. The court concludes that defendant met and conferred in good faith and plaintiff's delayed response lacked substantial justification. (Racanelli Decl., pars. 3-8.)
Plaintiff GAL Joe Lewis and his counsel Jamie Wright and J. Wright Law Group, P.C., jointly and severally, shall pay to Defendant Roz Hague Foster $2,460 as sanctions by November 14, 2025.
