Ruling

DATED: August 31, 2026 __________________________ ELAINE LU Judge of the Superior Court

There is an internal inconsistency within your stipulation and within your proposed order filed 8/7/26. The first two paragraphs of your stipulation read as follows: "1. Plaintiff's individual claims shall be dismissed from this Action; 2. Plaintiff shall submit her individual claims to final and binding arbitration to be administered by AAA or JAMS, in accordance with the Parties' Arbitration Agreement and the current respective employment arbitration rules." From these two conflicting provisions, it is unclear whether Plaintiff's individual claims shall be dismissed or instead shall be arbitrated.

Please either (1) file a revised stipulation and proposed order that resolves this inconsistency before the August 31, 2026 initial status conference or (2) be prepared to explain at the August 31, 2026 initial status conference why the parties have not done so. Thanks very much | Home -->)" -->
