DEFENDANT RELATED MANAGEMENT COMPANY'S Motion To Compel Further Responses To Discovery Requests.
The motion to compel further responses to discovery requests is continued for hearing to September 24, 2026. After the motion was filed, Plaintiffs Rose Warren and Cameron Warren served substantial supplements to their prior responses. Defendant Related Management Company L.P. contends on reply that the supplements remain deficient.
The court orders the parties to meet and confer telephonically or in person within one week about any remaining deficiencies. If the disputes are not resolved, Related shall submit a supplemental brief by September 10, 2026 stating what issues remain outstanding and what relief is requested. Plaintiffs may submit a responsive supplemental brief by September 17, 2026. The court gives notice to both parties that it will consider issuing discovery sanctions against any party whose discovery position at the continued hearing lacks substantial justification.
