Ruling

Judge, Los Angeles Superior Court

County of Los Angeles Department 508 MOLLIE FRAGER, Plaintiff, vs. FCA US LLC, Defendant. | Case No.: |

| Hearing Date: | August 26, 2026 | Hearing Time: | 8:30 a.m. | [TENTATIVE] ORDER RE: MOTION TO BE RELIEVED AS COUNSEL | Mani Arabi of Strategic Legal Practices, APC ("Counsel") moves to be relieved as counsel for Plaintiff Mollie Frager. The Court finds that Counsel complied with the relevant procedural requirements. (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 3.1362.) Counsel filed proof of mail service and email service, filed MC-051, MC-052, and MC-053 forms, and provided sufficient reason for withdrawal. Accordingly, the motion to be relieved as counsel is granted.

The Court notes that it appears that after the instant motion was filed, a March 26, 2027 hearing on "Motion to Compel Initial Disclosures Pursuant to California Code of Civil Procedure Sec. 871.26 and Request for Monetary Sanctions in the amount of $2500" was added. Accordingly, the Court will list that hearing in the order. Counsel is ordered to give notice of this Order. DATED: August 26, 2026 ________________________________
