2. PLAINTIFF JANE DOE, AN INDIVIDUAL'S Motion To Compel The Deposition Of Warwick Amusements Corporations Person Most Qualified And Request For Production, Memorandum Of Points And Authorities, And Request For Order Awarding Monetary Sanctions Against Defendant And Its Attorneys Of Record.
Plaintiff Jane Doe's motion to compel the deposition of Defendant Warwick Amusements Corporation's person most qualified (PMQ) is GRANTED. Plaintiff's motion to compel production of documents requested in the PMQ deposition notice is granted for the same reasons the motion to compel witnesses is granted. The court does not find that Defendant Warwick Amusements Corporation's actions in connection with this discovery were substantially justified. Defendant and its counsel, Brooke Washburn, Rachel Leswing, and Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith, jointly and severally, shall pay to Plaintiff $4,260 in sanctions, payable by January 9, 2025. (The Court's complete tentative ruling was emailed to the parties.)

Counsel for the prevailing party is required to prepare a proposed order which repeats verbatim the substantive portion of the tentative ruling and must email it to contestdept302tr@sftc.org prior to the hearing even if the tentative ruling is not contested.
