Plaintiff Christopher Hanna's unopposed Motion to Dismiss is GRANTED. Good cause appearing and the settlement agreement in Gonzalez v. Blue Link Wireless, LLC, CGC-24-614396 having been approved, the court dismisses Plaintiff's individual PAGA claim, if any, with prejudice and dismisses Plaintiff's representative PAGA claim without prejudice. Parties to bear their own fees and costs.

Plaintiff is ordered to prepare a proposed order which repeats the above verbatim and email it to contestdept302tr@sftc.org by 8:30 am on 12/2/2025.

A retained reporter must be a California certified court reporter (CSR), for only a CSR's transcript may be used in California courts.
