Plaintiff Femi Jordan's Motion to Dismiss (PAGA Action) is GRANTED. Plaintiff's request for judicial notice is granted. (See Evidence Code section 452(d).)

Good cause appearing consistent with Code of Civil Procedure 581(b) and Labor Code section 2699 and in light of the judgment in Jordan v. One Medical Group, Inc., Alameda Superior Court Case No. 23CV041507, the court authorizes Plaintiff's dismissal of the instant PAGA action and all claims therein with prejudice. Plaintiff must file a request for dismissal on the Judicial Council form and may include a copy of this order with that submission. Plaintiff is ordered to prepare a proposed order consistent with the above and email it to contestdept302tr@sftc.org prior to the time set for hearing.

For the 9:00 a.m. calendar, all attorneys and parties may appear in Department 302 remotely or in person. Remote hearings will be conducted by videoconference using Zoom. The court no longer provides a court reporter in the Law & Motion Department. Parties may retain their own reporter, who may appear in the courtroom or remotely. A retained reporter must be a California certified court reporter (CSR), for only a CSR's transcript may be used in California courts.
