Plaintiff did not file an opposition. Defendant's request for sanctions against Plaintiff only is GRANTED in the reduced amount of $410 (1 hour at $350/hour plus $60 filing fee--Decl. of Anthony C. Kohrs, P.P. 4, 5.) Sanctions are to be paid to Defendant's counsel within 20 days.
