In Schedule E of the Fourth Account, there is no payment for Filmore Country Club for Sept. 2025. Explanation? Statements for 9/10/24 ($4,245) shown in Schedule E and 4/15/25 ($4,245) appear to be missing. The Court notes that the statement corresponding to a 9/5/24 payment of $4,082 is provided.
The bank statement for Wells Fargo acct. x8077 ends on 1/27/26, not the account end date of 2/2/26.
A total of $4,000 was spent on storage at $200/mo. during this account period. The Court calculates that approximately $12,650 has been spent on storage since 2019. What is being stored and why cant the conservator dispose of the property? (Cal. Rules of Court, rule 7.1059(17), (18).)
The conservator will be ordered to serve and file a supplement addressing all of the foregoing issues.
