Motion to Compel Plaintiff to Appear at Deposition
The Parties are to appear. At the hearing, the Court’s tentative ruling is as follows:
Defendant’s unopposed motion to compel Plaintiff’s deposition is granted. Plaintiff is ordered to attend her deposition on a date set by Defendant no later than fifteen days following the date of service of this order. The Court imposes sanctions upon Plaintiff in the amount of $1,362.25 which are due and payable within thirty days after service of this order.
