16. PR0001015 In the Matter of Donna Chamberlain No appearances are required. The petition to determine succession to real property is denied. Pursuant to the attached Will of Donna Chamberlain, Petitioner Bruce Bell is one of multiple beneficiaries. However, the petition has not been joined by the remaining beneficiaries. Probate Code section 13151(a) permits the filing of this petition by the “successor of the decedent”. Probate Code section 13006(a) clarifies that the “Successor of the decedent” means “If the decedent died leaving a will, the sole beneficiary or all of the beneficiaries who succeeded to a particular item of property of the decedent under the decedent's will.” Accordingly, the Court must deny the petition as not all beneficiaries have joined in this request.

17. PR0001062 In the Matter of Kristal Coughlin No appearances are required. The petition for appointment of an administrator of the estate with full authority is granted. A proposed order has been lodged.

18. PR0001063 In the Matter of Juan "Joanne" Wang Appearances are required. The Court is favorably inclined to order the parties to attend mediation, with costs of the same to be paid by the trust, pursuant to Probate Code section 17206 and Breslin v. Breslin (2021) 62 Cal.
