The Parties have reached a full agreement narrowing the discovery disputes and neither party seeks monetary sanctions. The Parties request the Court vacate the hearing set for August 21, 2026, as there are no issues for the Court to resolve. TENTATIVE RULING #11: THE HEARING SCHEDULED FOR AUGUST 21, 2026, ON PLAINTIFF’S MOTION TO COMPEL IS VACATED.
