10. 26CV0341 RAINER ENDERS VS. MICHAEL WEISSMANN MOTION FOR PROTECTIVE ORDER AND MOTION TO COMPEL FURTHER RESPONSES

Pursuant to the Court’s June 5, 2026, tentative ruling, the Parties filed a Joint Status Report regarding Defendant’s motion to compel further special interrogatory responses from Plaintiff. The Parties advise that Plaintiff resolved all issues set forth in Defendant’s motion to compel and Defendant waives their request for monetary sanctions. The Parties request the Court vacate the hearing set for July 17, 2026, as there are no issues for the Court to resolve.
