Tentative Ruling

The Court has read and considered the Joint Case Management Statement filed by the parties and now issues the following tentative ruling:

NO APPEARANCE REQUIRED. The Court sets a further CMC and a hearing on Plaintiff's Motion for Preliminary Approval as set forth below.

If the preliminary approval motion is not timely filed, the parties shall file and email to the department a Joint Case Management Statement no later than 15 calendar days prior to the next CMC.
