DISCUSSION Plaintiff 8500 Burton Way, LLC moves the court for entry of judgment pursuant to a stipulation. The court denies the motion because the court does not have jurisdiction to enter the judgment requested by plaintiff because, on September 12, 2025, the court dismissed this action without prejudice and did not retain jurisdiction over the parties to enforce the settlement pursuant to Code of Civil Procedure section 664.6, subdivision (a), as reflected by the court's Order of Dismissal and minute order, dated September 12, 2025.
