ORDER RE: CASE MANAGEMENT

The Court has ordered the following after review of the case.

The Court makes the following order after review of the case without a conference:

This case was filed on OCTOBER 02, 2025. This Court previously admonished plaintiff to comply with CRC 3.110(b)(1) which requires the SUMMONS and COMPLAINT be served and proof of service filed with the court within 60 days of filing the complaint.

The case is now over SIX MONTHS OLD and proof of service has still not been filed.

If proof of service of the Summons and Complaint on all defendants is not filed before the next CMC Statement is due, an OSC in re DISMISSAL for failure to diligently prosecute, failure to comply with CRC 3.110(b)(1) and failure to comply with the orders of this court may issue.

Plaintiff must file timely CMC Statements and must demonstrate DILIGENT EFFORTS to timely serve the Summons and Complaint.

Compliance Hearing Status of service is scheduled for 11/18/2026 at 10:20 AM in Department 520 at Hayward Hall of Justice.

Clerk is directed to serve copies of this order, with proof of service, to counsel and to selfrepresented parties of record. The Court orders counsel to obtain a copy of this order from the eCourt portal.
