Letters of Guardianship of the Estate were issued on May 14, 2025. Neither the annual guardianship status report (Judicial Council form GC-251) nor an accounting were filed by the guardian. However, it is not clear whether the guardian was given notice of the hearing either. The court continued the matter to July 1, 2026 and directed the clerk to provide notice to the guardian. No parties appeared and the matter was continued again. Upon review of the file, the court finds that neither the annual status report nor the accounting has been filed.
