The annual guardianship Status Report (Judicial Council Form GC-251) was not filed by the guardian for the initial hearing on July 8, 2026. The court continued the matter to August 19, 2026 and directed the clerk to send notice to the guardian. Upon review, the notice was returned to sender by the post office as undeliverable.
