The court intends to approve the Third Account and Report for the Guardianship Estates of Jack Ethan Tucker and Sandra Michelle Tucker. Approve attorney fees of $2,360.00 as compensation for services rendered to the guardianship estates during the time period from February 17, 2026 through June 15, 2026. Such payment to be paid one half from each of the guardianship estates. Approve reimbursement of $500 for costs to attorney. Such payment to be paid one half from each of the guardianship estates.
As these guardianship estates consist solely of funds in blocked accounts, discuss Informal Accounts (VN267) to be filed annually and concurrently with the annual status reports in lieu of formal accountings going forward.
An Informal Account (VN267) to be filed, separately from the Guardianship Status Report, on or before 05/13/27 and set for hearing on 06/22/27 at 10:30 a.m. in Department J6.
Status Reports: Status Reports in guardianship matters are due annually, not biennially. (Probate Code §1513.2)
The hearing date of 08/15/18 is vacated and the guardian ordered to file a Status Report on or before 09/04/26 and set for hearing on 09/15/26 at 10:30 a.m. in Department J6.
The next Status report, after the one due on 09/04/26, shall be due on or before 05/13/27 and shall be set for hearing on 06/22/27 at 10:30 a.m. in Department J6.
The clerk shall give notice.
