Approve conservators attorney fees of $16,040.00. Approve cost reimbursement to conservators attorney in the amount of $1,114.50. Authorize and direct Petitioner to deliver the conservatorship estate remaining in Ms. Friend's possession as conservator to the court appointed administrator of the Estate of James B Mabry after the payment of all fees and costs and subject to a lien for any amounts of the payment herein authorized that remain unpaid.
