ORDER RE: CASE MANAGEMENT AND ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

The Court has ordered the following after review of the case.

Plaintiff's attorney Jeremy Pollack is ordered to APPEAR BY ZOOM TO SHOW CAUSE WHY SANCTIONS OF $500.00 SHOULD NOT BE IMPOSED AGAINST HIM FOR FAILING TO FILE A TIMELY CMC STATEMENT FOR THE 7/14/2026. Carter Zinn was listed as the handling attorney, but Jeremey Pollack said he was the assigned handling attorney and was responsible for filing the CMC statement for the 7/14/2026 CMC. The electronic case file now reflects Jeremy Pollack as the handling attorney for Plaintiff.
