Letters of Guardianship of the person were issued on October 12, 2016. An annual review hearing was set on February 11, 2026. The annual guardianship status report (Judicial Council Form GC-251) was not filed by the guardian for that hearing nor for the continued hearing on March 11, 2026, and the guardians did not attend either of these hearings. The matter was continued again to April 15, 2026. To date, the guardians still have not filed the annual guardianship Status Report. For the April 15, 2026 hearing, the court ordered appearances. The guardian did not appear, and the court referred the matter to the probate investigator under Probate Code section 1513.2(a). The court has yet to receive a report from the investigator.
