Letters of Guardianship of the person were issued on March 25, 2015. The annual guardianship status reports (Judicial Council for GC-251) were filed on by the guardian on March 16, 2026. For the April 15, 2026 hearing, the court ordered appearances to address concerns about the minors’ progress in school. The guardian did not appear, and the court referred the matter to the probate investigator under Probate Code section 1513,2(a). On May 11, 2026, the probate investigator filed a request for a continuance due to an inability to contact the parents, despite its efforts.
