Petitioner filed an ex parte application for emergency custody orders on May 18, 2026. The court granted the request on May 19, 2026, granting Petitioner temporary sole legal and physical custody of the minors. The court set an emergency Child Custody Recommending Counseling (CCRC) appointment for June 2, 2026 and a review hearing on July 2, 2026. Respondent was mail served on May 27, 2026. This is a post-judgement request for modification, and as such, Family Code section 215 applies. Petitioner has not provided address verification in accordance with Family Code section 215.

Petitioner filed a Supplemental Declaration on June 22, 2026. Respondent was mail served on June 22, 2026. Petitioner subsequently filed a corrected Exhibit 1 to the Supplemental Declaration on June 25, 2026. It was served on June 25, 2026.
