No later than May 22, 2026 parties and the receiver to meet and confer and (a) identify all the "health and safety" items on the Receiver's Report that are also at issue in the operative First Amended Complaint; (b) thereafter, parties and receiver to identify each such item that has been resolved as of May 1, 2026 and each item that is still outstanding; (c) for each item that is still outstanding Defendant to provide a specific deadline by which it will be resolved and the means by which it is to be resolved.
Parties to submit a joint brief including (1) a list per item (a) above with citations to the Receiver's Report and FAC; (2) a list per item (b) above; and (3) details per item (c) by Defendant only. If parties do not agree on any of the issues above (e.g. what is or is not "health and safety" issue; what has or has not been resolved), parties may indicate their dispute in the joint brief.
