Ruling

Real Property/Housing Court Law and Motion Calendar for April 27, 2026. Line 1. PLAINTIFF JENNIFER SARKANY, RAMSEY ABOUREMELEH, SANDRA FIERRO, NINA ROBINS Notice Of Motion And Plaintiffs Further Motion For Attorneys Fees as to Defendants Christie West and Timothy West is DENIED without prejudice for Plaintiff to re-file segregating the fees as much as possible and providing detailed explanation as to the fees that cannot be segregated as to each category listed in the moving Memorandum of Points and Authorities 4:27-6:1.

The Court notes that arguments provided in the moving papers for the reasons supporting joint fee award are limited and arguments advanced for the first time in reply are not persuasive and do not address each category anyway. =(501/CFH)
