Counsel reported in October 2025 that they reached a settlement and requested a 120- day continuance. The Court granted that continuance, and the parties are now requesting an additional 120 days. The Court will grant a shorter continuance to May 1, 2026, and will require appearances at the CMC if a preliminary approval hearing has not already been scheduled.
The parties shall file and email a Joint Case Management Statement to the department no later than 15 calendar days before the next CMC.
