Transfer fees in connection with this Court's April 4, 2025 ruling granting Defendants' motion to transfer venue are allocated to Defendants BACO REALTY CORPORATION, BACO LLC, SECURITY PUBLIC STORAGE-RICHMOND LLC, MATT GIFFORD, CHANTEL INGALLS, RICHARD ESPINOZA, NICK MITCHELL, BENJAMIN EISLER, MICHAEL ORWITZ, and MICHAEL EISLER. =(501/CFH)

Parties may appear in-person, telephonically or via Zoom (Video - Webinar ID: 160 560 5023; Password: 172849; or Phone Dial in: (669) 254-5252; Webinar ID: 160 560 5023; Password: 172849).
